A Fond Farewell

After an extremely busy Christmas season, with all of the challenges that Covid-19 has thrown at us, we're all ready for a break!

Today, as we left for the break, we also said farewell to four people who will be much missed here at TWS. Peter and Lydia Walker along with Pauline Chapman and Nick Reader are retiring after many years in the cheese industry and what feels like a lifetime at Tom Walker and Sons.

It's difficult to know what to write about four people who have helped shape the business into the what it is today, guiding us all through changes and new projects and providing stability in uncertain times - I think the sheer amount of cards they left with probably let them know! 

We wish them all a very happy, healthy and fulfilling retirement.

Mike Walker will remain as Operations Director to aid in a smooth transition, offering guidance and expertise to help start this new chapter in the best possible way.
